About Grip

Grip is an online toolbox that generates visual content for physical goods. Grip was built by INDG, a company that had accumulated a lot of knowledge and experience to completely
rewire how manufacturers represent their products digitally. The patented technology behind Grip captures INDG’s 15 years of experience with computer-
generated graphics. Every manufacturer should be able to show their work — always in the best light.

Spokesperson’s bio

In 1999 Frans Vriesendorp co-founded INDG, a then-graphic design studio that shifted focus to 3D-driven computer generated imagery in 2003, and served as its Creative Director until 2014. Over the years, he built a strong in-house
tech department, enabling INDG to keep up with the emerging technology — from digital design to computer-generated imaging and interactive product experiences. Later he became the CEO, leading a team of 90+
designers, marketersand technicians across Amsterdam, Bucharest and New York. Frans holds a degree in Technology Management from the University of Groningen, and currently lives and works in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Quote

“Computer generated imagery is all around us. Consumers accept this as the new standard for visual communication and that fuels
the desire for similar interactive experiences anywhere. INDG is convinced in the future all physical goods
will be digitized and available everywhere, which makes it possible to completely revise the way we learn about and interact with them.”
